Programs and Activities (Highlights)
a. Car Show for a Cause
This is a joint activity of the Municipal Nutrition Council (MNC) and Municipal Tourism Council (MTC) which was on August 01, 2020 at the Municipal Open Gym, Lomon, Kapangan, Benguet. This aims to raise funds for the benefit of our undernourished preschool children in the municipality.
b. Continuing Education Course to Barangay Nutrition Schools
c. Mass Health Screening (MHS) to Undernourished Preschool Children
A total of seventeen (17) undernourished preschool children underwent the Annual Mass health Screening.
d. Tongtongan di Tatang Ya Nanang di Malnourished Preschool Children si Nutrisyon
This activity aims to provide knowledge and updates on proper child care and Nutrition and other related topics to parents of malnourished preschool children.
e. Search for the Outstanding Barangay Nutrition Council (OBNC) and Outstanding Barangay Nutrition Scholars (OBNS)

Special Awards to barangays Boklaoan and Cuba was awarded for having maintained a decrease in the prevalence of malnourished preschool children (0-59 months) for three (3) consecutive years.

g. Orientation on the Philippine Plan of Action on Nutrition Plan to Members of the Barangay Nutrition Council
h. Supplemental Feeding Program
The supplemental feeding program to undernourished preschool children was conducted though individual distribution instead of centralized feeding due to the pandemic situation. This year, Barangay Gadang was targeted for the said program with fifteen (15) identified undernourished preschool children with severely underweight/ severely stunted nutritional status.
