MANDATE:  

Civil Registry services:

Act No. 3753, has for its purpose, the establishment of a civil register in the Philippines wherein acts, events, legal Instruments and court decrees concerning the civil status of a persons shall be recorded.

The Civil Registry Law embraces all acts of civil life affecting the status of persons and is applicable to all persons residing in the Philippines.

The prime advocate of world-class, knowledge-based civil registration system, enthusiastically driven to serve & to build a nation.

MISSION:    

1.  To intensify information education campaign / dissemination in the fifteen (15) barangays through modernization;
2. To strengthen competency of civil registration force by facilitating easier and simpler processes with significant impact that go beyond mandated function;
3. To reinforce the spirit of oneness and interconnected with one another, nurturing a driving force that powerfully promotes National growth;
4. To register all vital events that occurred in the municipality on time (birth, death & marriage); and
5. To encourage constituents who have no record of birth to register or avail for late registration of birth.
