Provision of public health services

VISION:         

An efficient, effective and dedicated health personnel in dynamic partnership and unity with a supportive LGU, NGO’s & other GO’s providing preventive, promotive, relevant, essential public health services to an empowered and participative citizenry in a peaceful and ecologically balanced environment.                    

MISSION:     

To provide public health services including preventive, promotive and curative health services to the residents of Kapangan especially to high risk groups and the poor and to work in partnership with the LGU and other GO’s and NGO’s on health concerns for a comprehensive delivery of health services.             

ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOME:  

1. Improved health status of the municipality
2. Empowered citizenry on health
