The Municipality of Kapangan is generally peaceful.
a.Disposition and Location of Troops:
•PNP-Kapangan Municipal Police Station = Lomon, Paykek
•No. of Police Community Precincts = 2 (Lomon, Paykek -1, Balakbak -1)
•No. of local PNP Personnel = 36 (30 Uniformed personnel and 4 NUP’s)
•CVOs / BPATS @ all barangays
•With Internet Connection (funded by MLGU)
On the mobility, the KMPS has three (3) issued operational mobile vehicles with gas allocation funded by the Kapangan LGU.
