MANDATE:  

1. To assist the Sangguniang Bayan in the performance of its duties and responsibilities as law maker and policy maker;                        
2. Causes the publication of approved ordinances and resolutions consistent with the provisions of Rule XVII of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Local Government Code of 1991;
3. Takes custody of, and accounts for the Official Seal of the Town, all ordinances and resolutions enacted or adopted by the Sangguniang Bayan and local archives; and
4. Coordinates, and links with government agencies and offices on matters related to enactment of ordinances and/or resolutions.

A knowledge-equipped and responsible personnel committed to the mandate of the office with improved legislative tracking system for quick and smooth government transactions by 2025.                                                               

MISSION:     

1. The office is committed to provide the assistance to the legislative body with the needed documents or researches for the formulation of quality legislations; and
2. To digitize all ordinances, resolutions and other important documents under the office custody and to develop a system that will make documents accessible upon request thereby enhancing public service.
